This self adhesive aluminium foil tape can be applied to a surface before the application of our flexible LED Strip Light.

The aluminium foil draws heat away from the LED strip transferring it to the surrounding air through conduction and radiation.

Keeping the temperature of LEDs below 60 degrees is very important, so when flexible LED strip is used on a surface that doesn’t conduct heat, provision must be taken to control the running temperature. Using this tape is one solution.

    A must for LED tape to prolong the life if mounted on an insulate material, e.g. wood. It also provides a smooth mounting surface. Great product.
