Aluminium LED Profile (Extrusion) suitable for LED Strip up to 12mm wide. Manufactured from high-quality Aviation 6063-T5 aluminium alloy with an anodised coating.

This aluminium Extrusion is designed to be recessed into a surface and is ideal for providing a downlight. The profile is often recessed into a wall and is used as a skirting board, lighting towards the floor.

This ‘wall recessed profile’ can be used with any of our LED strip lights. It’s supplied in a satin aluminium finish but can be painted on installation to match the wall finish. The aluminium acts as a heat sink to maintain the LED life. With a choice of diffuser cover (clear or opaque), the appearance of the light can be selected.

When installing, simply butt the aluminium channels together to make the required length. Installation is designed to be as simple as possible. The aluminium profile is usually bonded in place to complete the installation.

Please note, that the aluminium channel does not include the diffuser cover, end caps or LED Strip Light. These items are available separately.
