Anodised Aluminium Profile in a 2m Length
Aluminium LED Profile (Extrusion) suitable for LED Strip up to 14mm wide. Manufactured from high quality Aviation 6063-T5 aluminum alloy with an anodised coating.
Our "Super Slim Flexible" aluminium channel can be used with any of our LED strip lights (except IP68 versions).
LED profiles provide protection while also acting as a heat sink to help maintain the LED life. It also gives the LED strip a more professional touch.
The aluminium if flexible enough to go around a corner as tight as 50mm in radius. We recommend bending the aluminium with the diffuser cover inserted to avoid kinking.
Multiple lengths simply butt together. Mounting brackets can be used to bridge the join. Also if a diffuser cover is used, it can be staggered in order to cover the join. Mounting clips are sold separately; alternatively bond the aluminium profile or use double sided tape.
Please note, the aluminium channel does not include the diffuser cover, end caps, mounting clips or LED Strip Light. These items are available separately.
